Like everyone, the team at Andromeda Solutions are approaching another new year with very little idea of what awaits. People and businesses all over the world have experienced two years like no other, in which the pandemic and multiple lockdowns have caused economic turbulence in the best cases and unbearable heartbreak in the worst.
For these reasons, we feel both deeply humble and very proud to be able to celebrate another successful year as a provider of award-winning IT support in Middlesbrough. We’re nothing without our loyal customers so we’d like to send you a massive thank you and all our best wishes for Christmas and the New Year.
Expanding Our IT Services
December is inevitably a time for looking back before we look forward, and there’s so much to remember in the 12 months just gone. The year started on a high note when we were honoured by Three Best Rated as the best provider of IT services in Middlesbrough after undergoing their rigorous 50-point inspection.
While some businesses were struggling to get back on their feet after Covid restrictions were eased in early 2021, we were spurred on by this generous recognition to continue the development of our IT support team. In June we took on our second apprentice and in August we welcomed two new employees into administrative and customer service roles.
As the summer drew to a close, we picked up more silverware. This time we were named as the best IT support service of the year in the North Yorkshire Prestige Awards. We barely had time to place that accolade in the trophy cabinet when we picked up not one but two more wins in the Northern Enterprise Awards. One of them – IT Company of the Year – was a resounding endorsement of the skill and dedication of our IT support professionals, and the other singled us out for Customer Service Excellence. We are particularly proud of this award because it recognises our commitment to providing real value and satisfaction to our customers and clients.

We are delighted to accept the awards that have come our way in 2021, but what matters more is being able to make a difference to the lives of our customers, both business and domestic.
